If you are in a new development and not already connected to the nbn™ network, a $300 nbn™ New Development Charge may also apply. Additional charges may apply if a professional splitter is required to be installed at your property. Actual nbn™ throughput speeds are impacted by a range of factors including the type of technology that is available at your address, the number of users and devices simultaneously using your connection, your configuration of any computer hardware and software as well as the type/source of content being downloaded. Additionally devices connected by Wi-Fi may experience slower speed than those connected by Ethernet cable as well as the location of your modem. Network congestion on domestic and international links can be present during peak times of activity. Additional fees may apply. nbnTM services are delivered over either Fibre to the Premises (FTTP), Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Basement (FTTB), Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) or Fixed Wireless. The nbn^TM Phone service is not available as a standalone service. A limit of 2 phone numbers are available on the nbnTM Home Starter and nbn^TM Home Ultimate plans. Porting your Bendigo Telco Group standard telephone number from a copper service to an nbnTM phone service will incur a fee of $8. Porting fees will vary depending on the telephone provider.
