As a strategic priority, HQ Law chose to partner with Bendigo Telco to provide solutions that would ensure technology investments were maximised whilst driving secure and positive business outcomes. Amongst other things, the project was scoped to look at risk, technology, and ongoing support and security services.

Included was the assessment and remediation of the operating environment, security policies, hardware, and data back up and retention. Bendigo Telco managed the entire project which delivered tangible improvements including cloud migration, provision and management of software licences, 3rd party vendor management and the all-important adoption training to ensure the success of new technologies.

  • The project also included a review of ongoing Managed IT services, inclusive of support, maintenance, and the administration of our end-to-end technology environment.

    Improvements were implemented in clear stages, ran smoothly and without disruption to business workflows. The quality work delivered has further solidified our strong partnership with Bendigo Telco who have long been our provider of premium internet, IT helpdesk support, PABX and SIP services. Pathways to Care is a disability service organisation providing assistance to over 2,000 people living with disability across Australia. We have been working with Bendigo Telco since their acquisition of MGR. Since that time, Anthony and the team have taken the hassle out of managing our IT solutions. From standard tickets assisting staff to troubleshoot issues, right through to providing advice and guidance on large scale projects and migrations.
