Phone Return Checklist
To make returning your phone smooth and stress-free, here’s everything you need to do before sending it back. Following these steps ensures your personal information stays safe and our team can process your return quickly.
✅ 1. Back Up Your Data
Make sure you don’t lose your data by backing up or transferring everything you need to.
Save your photos, contacts, messages, and files to a secure service like iCloud, Google Drive, or another backup option of your choice.
Don’t forget to transfer any important work-related files or contacts (if applicable) so you’re not left without them later.
🔐 2. Remove Accounts and Security
Before we can reset and reuse the device, it needs to be completely free of personal accounts and locks.
Sign out of Apple ID (iPhone) or Google Account (Android).
Turn off screen security: remove any PINs, passwords, or biometric locks (fingerprint/Face ID).
Disable device tracking: switch off “Find My iPhone” or “Find My Device.”
🔄 3. Factory Reset the Device
Wipe the device clean to protect your privacy:
Perform a full factory reset to erase all personal data.
Confirm that the phone shows the setup or welcome screen when restarted (that’s how you know the reset is complete).

📦 4. Return Requirements
To make sure your return is processed smoothly:
Place the phone in its original box (if available).
Include the charger, cables, and accessories (if required).
Clearly write your ADM or Service Request number and attach it securely to the phone.

Return the phone via Internal Mail to:
