Quick Set Up Guide
1. Plug it in
First things first, connect your modem to a power point using the supplied cord. Then, connect the modem to the DSL socket via the DSL port. The DSL socket is a small square outlet that you’ll find on a wall somewhere onsite.
2. Power up
Turn on your modem and wait for both the DSL and Internet lights to turn a solid white or green. This could take up to 20 minutes, so you might want to grab a coffee while you wait.
3. Check the lights
Look for solid white or green DSL and Internet lights on the modem. The Internet light will flash when in use, but the DSL light should stay solid! If the lights are blinking or red, check out our troubleshooting guide below for some tips.
4. Get connected
Once the lights are solid, you're good to go! Connect your devices to Wi-Fi and use the supplied QR code for an easy setup. No need to type out a password—because let’s be honest, no one has time for that.

Troubleshooting Guide
My internet isn’t working. Now what?
First, double-check that all cables are securely plugged in and that both your modem and router are powered on. If everything looks right but you still can’t connect, it might be time to call our Customer Help team for backup.
Why is my Wi-Fi weak in some areas of my home?
Walls, floors, and big furniture can block Wi-Fi signals, and everyday devices like microwaves and cordless phones can cause interference. Try moving your router to a more open space or consider a Wi-Fi extender to boost coverage.
How do I upgrade my internet plan?
