Quick Set Up Guide
1. Plug it in
First things first, connect your modem to a power point using the supplied cord. Then, use the WAN port to hook it up to the NBN connection box — a small white box located somewhere onsite, and hopefully not too hard to find!
2. Power up
Turn on both the modem and the NBN connection box. It may take up to 20 minutes for the WAN and Internet lights to turn solid blue, so you might want to grab a coffee while you wait.
3. Check the lights
Look for solid WAN and Internet lights on both the modem and the NBN box. If they’re still blinking or playing hard to get, check the troubleshooting guide below!
4. Get online
Once the lights are solid, you're good to go! Connect your devices to Wi-Fi and use the supplied QR code for an easy setup. No need to type out a password—because let’s be honest, no one has time for that.

Troubleshooting Guide
My internet isn’t working. Now what?
First, double-check that all cables are securely plugged in and that both your modem and router are powered on. If everything looks right but you still can’t connect, it might be time to call our Customer Help team for backup.
Why is my Wi-Fi weak in some areas of my home?
Walls, floors, and big furniture can block Wi-Fi signals, and everyday devices like microwaves and cordless phones can cause interference. Try moving your router to a more open space or consider a Wi-Fi extender to boost coverage.
How do I upgrade my internet plan?
