To process your refund smoothly, we’ll need:
Account Name
Banking Institution
BSB
Account Number
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed twice a month:
Around mid-month
Again at the end of the month
So keep an eye on your account around those times! 👀
How much will be refunded?
The amount shown as a credit on your invoice is the amount that will be refunded. No hidden fees, no surprises.
