🧾 Payment Options

Here’s how you can settle your Bendigo Telco bill:

🏦 BPAY

Use your financial institution’s BPAY service. You’ll find the biller code and reference number on your invoice.

🔁 Direct Debit

Set and forget! Choose to debit from your bank account or card.

Log into your SmartCentre account and click the Invoices tab to pay securely.

🏦 Pay in Person

Visit our CX Centre at Shop 34, Fountain Ct, Bendigo 3550 to pay via card or visit your local Bendigo Bank branch to pay with cash.

📞 Pay Over the Phone

Call us at 1300 228 123 (Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm AEDT).

🧾 Paid via EFT?

If you’ve paid via EFT, please email your remittance to: 📧 accounts@bendigotelco.com.au
