A Guide to Finding Your Plan

Sometimes “I think it’s the one with unlimited calls?” isn’t quite specific enough.

Whether you’re checking your data allowance or just curious what you signed up for three Novembers ago, here’s how to find your plan details:

🧾 Check your invoice

Flip to the Usage page of your monthly bill. Your plan name will be listed right next to your service number. Easy!

💻 Log into SmartCentre

Your online account shows all your active services and plan details. Log in to your SmartCentre account here and click through to your service summary.

📞 Give us a buzz

Our friendly Customer Service team can confirm your plan over the phone.

Call 1300 228 123 (Mon–Fri, 8:30AM–5:30PM).

📧 Send us a message

You can email us at customerhelp@bendigotelco.com.au or submit a Service Request through SmartCentre. We’ll get back to you with all the info you need.
